Any ideas on renting a small apt. near Univ. Iberoamericana in Puebla Mex for the spring semester. Jan-May 08?

Spending the spr. semester at Univ. Iberoamericana in Puebla, Mex. from Jan 14-May 15. I am a older student so living with 20yr olds isn't a option. I want to rent a small apt. near the Univ. so that my family can come visit me from Houston Tx.

I am hoping it is furnished, safe, walking distance to school.

The school should be able to refer you.  If not, look once you are there.  You won't find anything online
