Any ideas on what a 9th grader can wear?

Well my daughter is about to enter the 9th grade and she wants some ideas on what to wear and she loves polyvore

well whats your daughters style? i can give you ideas for each i know

emo/scene/punk: bright colored skinny jeans with a matching graphic tee and jewlry and some pretty eearings

preppy: shirt with one of those stores logo with some denim bermudas

hippyish: plain tee with paintstained jeans and flip flops

tomboy: bermudas with a graphic tee or plain tee

The stuff from Polyvore looks nice.  Maybe get one or two things right now to get her through the first week.  She can then get an idea what other girls are wearing and go shopping on the weekend after school starts.  She is pretty safe in shopping at Polyvore, Abercrombie, Hollister, American Eagle or Forever 21.  Pretty much most girls her age buy their clothes there (or at least it seems that way)!
