I tried to get pieces from every store you mentioned, just to mix it up. Personally, this is an outfit I would wear myself. Shoes are from Payless, which carries a lot of cute American Eagle shoes. If you don't like Hello Kitty (and you'll see why I mention this once you view the links), then any other graphic tee would work.
