Okay well I'm a stay at home mom and I am so bored of doing the same things everyday. All I do is cook, clean, take care of my daughter and I was wondering if any other stay at home moms have any ideas on something new to do.

  1. I like crafts such as scrapbooking, sewing, and etc.

If not interested in those sorts of things why not take your daughter for walks?

    www.pogo.com lol

  2. I am SO with ya here!!  I have no local friends and getting down off this mountain isn't easy with two kids (2.5 y/o & 5.5m).  I like to go to the park, take walks around the neighborhood and pint out cool things or *nature* stuff, swim at the local pool, zoos and aquariums are fun and a learning experience, going to the pet store to look at fishies and other critters or animal shelter just for something to do, sometimes the health departments/churches have mom-to-mom groups.  My little boy loves to play his verison of memory - which is really just matching, and he likes to play the going fishing game which also helps to learn his colors. Finger paints, free color/coloring books, umm.  We read, so visitng a library for story time is fun or to check out new books if we get tired of reading the SAME ones over and over.  I let my son help bake, and sometimes take part in what I am cooking.  He also likes to help clean.  He may not do it my way, but he is doing it nonetheless, and isn't whining or screaming AND he loves to help when he can.  My daughter, well, she just likes to finger everything - water is always fun for her!

I hope I gave you some ideas!  I could prolly come up with more if I knew how old your daughter was.

  3. Do a home party business. I know some people who do those and sell jewelery for Lia Sophia or something. They do a couple shows a week after their husbands get home from work and they love it, and make some extra money.

Or you can join a gym that offers child activities as well. Most gyms offer child care while you work out, and your baby gets to have her own little workout as well. That might be really fun for both of you to do. Even if you only do it two or three times week it would be well worth it!

  4. i stay at home and of course i get tired of doing all of that everyday too the best advice that i can give you is to find some friends that are doing the same thing and go out with them every so often also you can find a hobby you can do while your daughter is sleeping or playing on her own
