girls at that age usually love nail vanish an in colour seems to be grey at the moment but you could by her some hot pink nail vanish with sparkly pieces in. Also if she likes makeup you could buy her some eyeshadow in the colours she wears

I think jewelry, something quite simple because that way you can't go wrong.

If you buy clothes make sure it would be something she wears.

perfume is also good but you have to make sure it would be something she would wear
