Any ideas other than chips??!?!?

Ok so I LOOVVE salsa and the best part is that its only 10 cals per tablespoon! Ok so do you have any better/healthier ideas besides chips for something to dip in the salsa?♥

  1. Bake some pita bread in the oven until it's crisp, voila! A healthier option :)

  2. baked potato crisps? lol just kidding. I would say maybe baked or grilled bell pepper slices. its good!!

I use salsa as salad dressing.  And if you insist on chips, crumble a few over the top of your salad and call it a taco salad :)  That way, you don't eat as many (make sure you close the bag and put it away!!).  I go through lots of salsa this way and it sure saves a lot of calories as most dressings have way more than salsa does.  Mango salsa is good for salad dressing too.

  5. Pita bread, pretzals, meatballs, and "breadballs"

    Make breadballs by taking a little piece of bread and rolling it in your hands until it is in the shape of a ball!!

  6. I am a salsa lover too

    So I make salads of all kinds adding salsa

    also I make canned tuna w/ salsa instead of mayo

    also I make tuna taco's on lettuce adding salsa

    which is canned tuna w/ salsa and cheese(i also add tomatoes and avocado's if i have them) spread on a piece of lettuce fold in half

    Edamami w/ salsa is yummy

    Wheat Thins or Trisquits(sp) is yummy w/ salsa

    Rice Cakes is yummy w/ salsa

  7. cooked corn or white low cal tortillas

  8. Rice crackers. Celery sticks. Red Bell peppers.
