  1. Yes Casa Bianca on Colorado Blvd in Eagle Rock...

also the Capri on Eagle Rock Blvd, But Casa is the best in town

  2. bucca di beppo is very very very good

    second

    maybe johnny carinos

but the best of all is always the non-chain, family owned kind, with real Italians cooking

(im Italian so its nice to find real Italian food)

but those two chains are very good

  3. carrabba's italian grill. i LOVE them!!!

  4. Vito's in Santa Monica and Guido's in West LA and Malibu....both are very old school and romantic.

  5. Please don't listen to those that say Bucca di Beppo is a really good Italian restaurant, etc ...

Right now there are quite a few REALLY good, and really popular Italian Restaurants, including (in this order):

    1. the new and really popular Osteria Mozza

    2. Angelini Osteria - like the name (Osteria) this is a casual place serving really good Italian.

    3. and I think also La Terza (also by Gino Angelini, the chef from Angelini Osteria) - this is a quieter, more formal place

other places to consider is Il Pastaio in Bev Hills

  6. maggiano's at the groove on fairfax

  7. carrabba's is excellent

    also

johnny carino's is pretty good and cheap

  8. bucca di beppo

    magianos

    mamma d's

  9. Vitello's on Tujunga in Studio City is good.  Miceli's on Ventura & Lankershim is good.

Spumoni in Santa Monica (7th x Montana) is excellent
