  1. you could do a pale yellow, green, or blue that is dark at the top of the walls and fades to white, and then along the botttom you could do a picket fence with grass and precious moments characters.

  2. We did Emma's room before we found out if she was a girl or boy.  It is done in pastel green, blue, yellow, and peach animal print material.  When we found out she was a girl, we painted the walls peach to make it more girly.

  3. I picked out my bedding before I knew the s*x.  Once we found out that it was a girl, we still loved the bedding we chose too much to change it (link below).

We painted the walls of the nursery burgundy and yellow (two walls yellow and the opposite walls burgundy) with white trim.  I think it is beautiful and can be for either s*x.  Another advantage is that we won't need to repaint the walls for when she gets older.  Sometimes, if you choose a very "baby" color, you need to repaint when they get tired of being a baby.

I also attached a link for gender neutral nursery themes.

  4. What are you looking for? A contemporary design? A old fashioned one? A cute one?

My idea, me and my partner are going to do something crazy for our daughters nursery when we move into our new house, we are going to paint it pink, with one wall white, and get my partners step dad to graffiti my daughters name on one wall. Not how you see it in the street but something nice, and girl, and age appropriate.

Classic design could be creams, whites and beiges or maybe yellow.

Cute I would go for I Love my bear theme from babies r us, it is soo cute. Some of my daughters bits are from there.

    Good Luck.

  5. If you want to go with a unisex theme I really liked "The Cats in the Cradle..." nursery rhyme and it is done in a lot of yellows. Blue Skys and clouds are good for both or you could do Stars in primary colors.  I also know boys and girls who have the whole tropical rainforest thing going.   Its all cute- good luck!

  6. Congratulations, how exciting for you!  I love the things that Jojo Maman Bebe have, take a look around http://www.jojomamanbebe.co.uk/jojofinde... they have some wonderful ideas.  I use these guys all the time, just for ideas tho because they are pricey.

Please post and tell us what you had in the end.  Good luck!

  7. Well I personally think Looney Tunes Babies or Sesame Street would be adorable, as well as unisexed.

  8. we went the old fashioned way. We used precious moments. I love our nursery.

  9. Check out http://www.lambsivy.com/newsite/products...

Not all of them are unisex, but they're all beautiful :)

I hope you see something you like.

  10. Go onto the this website and click in the middle where it says explore all baby and childrens rooms. There are some great ideas suitable for both sexes.

  11. My sister is also having a 'surprise.'  Her nursery just got finished. She has a combination of several things.  The walls are painted a sky blue and one wall has a mural of a gigantic tree with a real tree limb coming out of it and going into the ceiling.  A swing hangs from this tree.  The bumber and crib set are a green pattern with different large cartoon bugs on them.

For her shower, the invitations will say something like, "the pink or the blue remains to be seen.  The one thing we know is, this kid's going "green.""  Because at the shower she is asking for all green products and organic stuff.

    Hope this helps!
