  1. A really hot water bottle should help. If the pain is too severe your doctor can prescribe Anaprox. I've never taken them but my sister did and they really helped her. If you're not on a birth control pill you could consider going on one to help with the pain. They certainly helped me!

  2. you could go to your doctor and ask for stronger painkillers or something? mines never stop being sore the only thing that takes mines away is a hot water bottle but as soon as it cools down the pains back. sorry the water bottle didnt work for you :(

  3. Try shouting at the people closest to you for the smallest thing then slamming the door and storming off.  It works for my girlfriend every time.  It usually takes a few hours but after a little cry and a reluctant apology she usually feels fine.  Well I assume so by the tub of Ben & Jerry's she's normally half way through scoffing at the time.

  4. get a hysterectomy

  5. Right here is a serious answer

Go to your gp! and he/she will more than likely prescribe you with a tablet called 'metamorphic acid' this seemed to work on me for 2-3 months.

Then after a few months it seemed to stop working

I went back to my gp still complaining of these horrible pains and she put me on 'the pill'. It has been a godsend to me and i now have no pains what so ever. I no longer have to take any tablets or medicene.

    Good Luck !
