Nakorn Serirak, Ph.D. candidate of Thammasat University, is now doing his research entitled "Personal Data Protection: Policy Implications for the Development of Freedom of Information in Thailand" at the Research Center for Data Protection, Johann Wolfgang Goethe University in Frankfurt.

Nakorn Serirak works for the Prime Minister's Office as the Director of Policy and Planning Division of the Office of the Official Information Commission.

Nakorn Serirak got his MA and BA in Political Science from Thammasat University and Master in Policy Science with Special Achievement Award from Saitama University in Japan.
