Any information on where to find the large Spector Hero Clix?

I am looking for the large (14") version to give to my husband for his birthday. I have tried ebay, but did not see that hero clix there. Any help would be greatly apreciated.

    It looks like it is spelled differently I searched for heroclix Specter
