Do you mean the country?

Cartagena is beautiful.

But I have to warn you, if you're not an experienced traveler and you don't already know someone there, you might want to try another country.  Most Colombians are great people, but it's a pretty dangerous country with a great deal of gang violence and drug smuggling.

I've been there and enjoyed it very much.  But I was less at ease than pretty much any other place I've ever been.
