Cert stated acute myocardial infration, severe hypotension, sever metobolic disdosis. Other signicant...Perpherl Vasular disease. How could this happen so fast.

I am a heart patient.

So fast??  It only takes a few minutes for the heart to die.

They listed an array of heart failures...  Probably the actual cause of death was the Myocardial Infraction(heart attack)

I hope mine is that fast.

to start i'm sorry for your loss, i do know what loss is.  yes it can and frequently happens that fast.  there is no comfort in the words, but at least he went quickly, in less pain, not all people go as fast some people linger for weeks, most go on for days getting better and worse before they die.
