The time of Hitler... He killed many Jews of over 6million... He also let his scientists to conduct experiments on the body of Jews during the war without anesthesia...

The name of the bacterium that causes the Bubonic plague is called Yersenia pestis.  I always liked the sound of that for some reason.

It didn't have a set date of when it started and finished.  It would come and go in series of about 10 years or so, then disappear and come back.
