Its all news everywhere that's doing the circulation. Whether interesting or not you got to justify it. Here is my own report, I happened to travel in a DTC bus from the Central Secretariat to the South Extension in New Delhi. And it so happened that there  were two passengers who are new to the city, from U.P. The ticket inspector started inspecting for the ticket from the Passengers. They were caught without tickets and were charged Rs.200/- as fine. A fellow passenger had a verbal war with the inspectors for immediately implying the fines without even paying ears to them. And the boys were pleading like h**l to excuse them for they really didn't know the system of the DTC bus and moreover, they are new to the city who had come to sit for the BBA entrance exams and told them that they haven't heard of the conductors' call to book the tickets. Looking the state of the boys they look pretty honest and had even opened their small luggage containing clothes only to show that they had only Rs.400/- to reach their place . What that surprises me is of the system. There should be a scroll running, that one has to book ticket at the small counter inside the bus. Else many new who happened to land up in the city will be facing such unwanted circumstances. We people,generally are always on the look out for a way to eat up money from the innocents. Its high time that some sort of sympathetic feelings be also shown to our fellow citizens from other states who had come over in Delhi for a ray of hope.     If they have done intentionally then they should be charged heavily but before that it is always necessary to pay ears to them as well. After all, WE live in a democratic country and some sort or respect should be paid.
