Any kids who have flown alone..?

Question

ok this is just for kids who have flown alone.

im thinking about flying alone this summer, and im not scared of the plane or anything, im just scared of missing my parents... a lot. its for 10 days

also... how do the flight attendants treat u?? if there is a layover do they help you?? i guess im sorta scared about it.....

just plz reasurre me and tell me of ur experiences. should i go???? thanks!!! =)

well im around your age it really fun i went about for 4 weeks :) just relax bring soem stuff with you. i went alone about 2 times. my first time was fun i get to meet new people and the flight attendents treat you like royalty :) if you want to buy headphones you have to pay 2 bucks. but now and days you have to pay for stuff on a plane on a credit card so i suggest that bring a mp3 ipod etc

and have fun.i missed my parents too, someday you have to go away from them.when i was little like 5 yeard old i went with my uncle to hawaii without my parents and i cried, somtimes you have to let go of something you love. you should go.

It's fine I did it before when I was 13. Your just an unaccompanied minor. The flight attendants usually stop by every 10 mins or so. They ask if you need snacks or anything like that. I got to my destination safely and came back safely. There is nothing you have to worry about, just relax and have a great plane trip.

i flew out to california when i was 12 and the flight attendants were so nice they could tell i was freaked out and were constantly checking on me. dont worry it will be fine!

how cute.... i am a flight attendant and i just had an unaccompanied minor on my flight ... age 5.  bring snacks NO beverages unless you buy them in the airport.bring a book, a pen or pencil for doodling, your own head phones and a sweatshirt, just in case you get cold ar want to roll it up as a pillow.  you will be fine. flight attendants are VERY nice people.  we don't go out of our way to make things miserable for you.  pack a camera and call your parents as soon as you get to your destination.  GOOD LUCK, but you will be okay. . .  i promise.
