Any kind of fast food good for you ???

Is there any kind of fast food I can eat thet is not bad for me ?? I work alot and dont always have time to cook

  1. Do you mean good or not as bad? I'd eat at Subway, Jimmy Johns. They are just ham sanwiches really. It would be just as easy to make your own and brown bag it. Better than most drive-thru thats for sure.

  3. No fast food is "good", but you can make healhy decisions. When you order at a fast food place, always ask for wheat bread and not cheese. Instead of fries, ask for a side salad with low calorie dressing. Never double meat and try to order the grilled chicken more that regular beef. Salads at fast food joints are calorie bowls in disguise! So make sure to order no cheese, lowfat dressing, and NO croutons. Croutons add about 100 unnessecary calories.

    And just because Jared lost weight and Subway doesnt mean Subway is a healthy haven. Only six of their sandwiches are low fat and people rarely order those. They think their Italian Sub is just as lowfat when in reality they have tons of calories.

    Just make healthy decisions when ordering! Stay away from too much cheese and fried foods.

    You said you work out a lot, so you are obviously concerned about your health, but working out is only half of it.

    Try putting as much effort into your diet, make time to cook.

    even though they say its healthy

    going out to get food

    always has  more calories then if you were to eat your own food

  10. a veggie delight sub at subway with wheat bread would be my best bet. You can get certain items in other fast food places, like salads (none with creamy or sugary dressings), a baked potatoe at wendy's, their chilli is also low in calories, and maybe if you wanna indulge you can get a junior burger with no cheese or mayo 2 cut down on calories. At chick fil a, their chargrilled chicken sandwich has only 260 calories. Skip the fries and pair it with a cold diet lemonade, yum!

    You need to watch places like subway and quiznos, they claim to be 'healthy', however subway's tuna sandwich has 530 calories, and that's just for a 6 inch!
