Any kind of vacation ideas?

i want some vacation ideas that are fun .. for next summer(i know im planning too early but i like to plan ahead) (i'm only 13 .. but i like to look around online and plan family vacation) (or at least put some input to where we should go for next year) my parents dont want to stay on a plan for too long (only 6-7 hours on a plane max) and i want it to be a nice and fun vacation)

(i really want to persuade my parents to not go on a cruise for next year(since weve already been on one before ...) so it has to be a really good idea )

pretty much my question is * what are some great places to travel to and you dont have to stay on a plane for too long ?
