I think any tailor(Mens') can alter the jeans. I gave twice to an ordinary (Mens') tailor to alter my jeans and he did well.

If you come to know any tailor who has Jeans tailoring machine. he will do it a pakka work. Ordinary tailors will not touch this type of work. If you go to any Malls, somebody will be there and they used to do alteration works for the Shop Owners . Yours,
