Open the inside of a Phidelphia Cream Cheese box and you will find a few recipes there.  Also, the graham cracker crusts have recipes under the label (we made a rasberry swirl cheesecake with a choclate graham cracker crust recently).

i wasgoing to say the same thing try food network go with alton brown hes the best theyll give you a choice of recipes if hes on there go with his.also believe it or not the one tried and true ive always used is the one on the philly cream cheese label its my favoriteand very simple tastes like a traditional cheesecake.

VERY SIMPLE CHEESECAKE

It is easy and very yummy!!

24 oz. cream cheese

1 tsp. vanilla

1 c. sugar

4 eggs

TOPPING:

1 pt. sour cream

1 tbsp. sugar

1 tsp. vanilla

Beat above 15 to 20 minutes with electric mixer. Pour into spring form 9 inch pan that has been buttered and dusted with graham cracker crumbs. Bake at 375 degrees for 35 minutes or until done. Remove from oven. Let stand 10 minutes. For topping, return to oven at 425 degrees for 5 minutes.
