Question:

Any knowledge on the subject???

For a few months now i've become a very self aware person, since then i've been having this feeling like my body is physically exhausted and drained of energy, while mentally in my mind I feel i've got energy for days. I've got some stress in my life, but I don't feel as if it's enough for me to feel physically drained. Any suggestions???

  1. i really wish i could help ya, but i have been the same for a while now.

    EDIT:

    you know what, that's a lie. i don't feel that way when i have something really important to look forward too. fo a long a** time, it was college. but that fell through, and now i feel exacly like you said. so basically find something to get out of bed for in the morning, give yourself something to work at.


  2. Anxiety, eagerness.

    Your mind is racing ahead with all these thoughts and ideas, yet your body can physically do so much.  There may be something going on in your life that is beyond your control.  You may be overly excited or worried which could cause your metabolism to increase.  So even if you're not really doing anything, your body is consuming a lot of energy making you tired.

    Try to determine what may be causing this stress and find ways to deal with it.  Talk to a friend or someone you trust to help you out.  Learn to relax with a hobby you enjoy.  Do something fun, calm and relaxing.

  3. try different ways to relax

    try going to bed a little earlier

    or taking a bubble bath before bed

    or a nap in the middle of the day

    maybe you aren't eating the right food

    try eating a balanced diet

    especially a balanced breakfast

  4. I feel the same way some times, i physically tired, but mentally awake. I usually feel like this before i go to sleep, causeing my to stay up late an such.

    I really don't know what cause it, if you ever find out, let me know.
