Hi Nickea, my name is Katerina. My husband and I ttc for 3 years. It was the hardest thing I have ever done. I wasted 2 1/2 years with a doctor who wasn't even close to diagnosing my real problem and then I finally found my RE who is amazing. Turns out I had a ridiculously high FSH level which, for those of you who don't know, pretty much meant that my ovaries were failing and I was in premature menopause. I am 27 years old!!!  I didnt even qualify for IVF. My only hope was the injectable hormones I was taking combined with IUI's. I was told that the only way they would do IVF with me is thru donor egg. About 4 months ago I was told that there is a very good chance I make never be able to have my own biological child. I was devastated. But I'm happy to report that I am now 8 weeks pregnant!  Ladies, battleing infertility is so hard but there is hope. I never thought I'd see a positive pregnancy test but I did!  You must find a source of coping. For me it was reading infertility books. They made me feel as tho I wasn't alone. I really recommend a book called "Conquering Infertility" by Alice Domar. That book really helped me get thru some difficult times!  My heart truly goes out to all of you ladies going thru this. I been thru it myself and if I can give you any advice it would be to not loose hope and to make sure you have the right doctor. It makes all the difference in the world!  The best of luck to all of you!!

I would love to be your TTC friend!!  I too had a miscarriage in April and have been married for 5 years, so I think we have  lot in common!
