Any legal advise for marital woes in PA?

My house belonged to me when my husband and I got married. We've been married for ten years. He is extremely verbally and emotionally abusive and I want his key and for him to move out. I wish it was today.... I have not started any legal action yet. I just want his key. How long do I have to wait?

  1. Hire a hitman and get rid of him. lol


  2. Tell him to leave and if he refuses call the police. Get a restraining order if you don't feel safe,change the locks and start divorce proceedings.

  3. You need a lawyer. A divorce would be better than a separation because it's finalized.
