Naruto characters would win, All Pokemon are supposed to be good hearted, but they adapt to the personality of the trainers they grow up with . So if the trainer is bad, then they become bad I guess, also, the Naruto cast would win anyways. Plus, A Pokemon can only know 4 Attacks at a time, when you look at Naruto, Naruto characters can have as many jutsus as they want.

But we all know that Pokemon could win too, by their Kawaiiness lol XD

I think that the legendary pokemon set would win even if it was them vs the whole naruto cast because they are way stronger then naruto.
