Any lunch ideas for a teenager to take to school for lunch?

I have access to a microwave but whatever we bring it can not take up to more than 90 seconds

I am tired of sandwiches and wraps

  1. Soups in a thermos are a favorite in cold weather.

    You could also bring warm dips in a thermos, like cheese or chili and pack some chips or crackers to dip.

    Salads, bagels, calzones, pita pockets, hummus dips are favorites of mine too.

    Here's a website with a ton of lunch box ideas, they're all vegan but if you're not you can easily substitute the meat and dairy substitutes for the real thing... if that made sense!

    Leftovers are great too, almost anything you had for the dinner the night before can be warmed up ahead of time and packed for lunch.


  2. Soups! or pasta

    I usually take leftover chinese food to school too.

    also if theres that time limit on the microwave, just heat things in the morning and get a good quality thermos to keep it warm till lunch.
