You are so naturally pretty! Your skin is really great and clear. For your makeup, some soft brown eyeliner on your top lid would be pretty with some shimmery light brown eyeshadow. Just a little black mascara on the top lid, and your eyes will pop. With a little blush on the apples of your cheek, and some cute lip gloss, I think you would look really feminine. I would also suggest accessorizing with funky headbands.

Don't take offense, but you seem fairly young. I'd stay away from too much/too dark makeup, but maybe a little brown eyeliner on the bottom eyelid to make your eyes stand out a little coupled with a shimmery eye shadow and a touch of mascara for your nice, long eyelashes. You have very pretty shaped lips that can be emphasized with some clear lip gloss.

I think your skin and eyes would pop more if your hair were darker.
