Any meaningful care package ideas?

A few years ago I received a thank you care package with items like a band-aid, a tea bag, a mint, etc. and each item was tagged with a little saying or meaning. For example, on the tea bag the card said something like, "remember to take time to relax." Anyway, just wondering if anyone knows where I can get some ideas about a care package like that or if anyone remembers receiving something like that. Thanks.

You can try a baking care package and put it together...

And work it in with this poem

1 cup of friendship (cinnamon twist)

1 cup of love   (heart shaped candies)

1/2 cup   of smiles  (smile shaped cookies)

1 tsp sympathy (like a melted snowman marshmellow or a squshed candy bar

1 large hug  (blanket to wrap yourself in)
