Can anyone tell me what is the normal range for thyroid results to be in?

  1. There is a variation between labs, but  T4 10-25 and TSH 0.5- 4.5  seems reasonable.


  2. "Note the level of your Thyroid Stimulating Hormone (TSH). At most labs in the U.S., the normal range is from around 0.5 to 5.5. However, as of spring 2003, some experts are recommending that labs revise the range from .3 to 3.0."

  3. Normal range for TSH is  0.1 - 5.5 µ units/mL

  4. Normal TSH is now recommended as 0.48 - 3.6.

    This is the UK range.
