Think before acting. If you immediatly go and do what you are thinking of, you may have consequences you dont want.

you have the answers in you...just mediate and they are there...belive in yourself...no one can bring you down...be powerful over yourself...do not relinquish that to anyon ever!

dont mean to preach but seriously the best thing i could say to you is to turn to god, he has helped me in my everyday life and even through the hardest times ive been through. i seriously hope you consider it, best wishes.
