Question:

Any meds/lotions for stretching? help... uncomfortable even to sleep.?

ok so im 4 months pregnant, and im starting to show... therefore my skin is stretching... but heres the thing, it doesnt itch. it hurts. its like a tingly, sensitive-to-touch feeling. like a sunburn i guess. is there something that i can put on it to ease the feeling? or even better, make it go away? lol. i've used cocoa butter but that doesnt help. anybody have any answers? thanks!!! <3 ~ H

  1. yes I know it sounds weird but i mix olive oil and my cocoa butter together. Yes regular virgin olive oil that you find in the grocery store. My skin started getting super sensitive on my lower abdomen when I was in my 6th month and I would just rub that on after my bath at night and let it soak in. Careful though keep your shirt up for awhile you don&#039;t want to ruin shirts.


  2. well if you are familiar with the show Jon and Kate plus 8, she said her belly stretched so quickly it was like a sunburn and hurt. they put vaseline all over her belly and then put saran wrap over it to keep it from getting everywhere. of course she was on bed rest. maybe doing this at night will help

  3. The one thing that always soothes any burning and tingling sensation in my skin is Aloe Vera.  You can get it in a gel form and it will feel really nice on your skin.  Good luck.
