I have a couple Romanian M69s. My wife prefers to plink with a bolt action and iron sights, and she's pretty darn good with it too.

One issue with the M69 I have is the bolt stop/release. It is a dirt magnet, which causes it to not depress fully and it gets worn smooth and will allow the bolt to come out on cycling (Or, I just slam the bolt too hard!). Not a major issue and easily fixed with a little home smithing.

They are darn accurate, especially when you consider I got both for $120.  The little flip sights seem to be about right on for adjusting your elevation in meters.
