  1. loose the bottle at 1 let him get used to a cup everything else seems good

  2. wake up at 7:30 am

potty time, get dressed, sippy cup of milk, morning hugs

    breakfast 7:45/8:00 am

clean up from breakfast, wipe hands/face/ potty if needed and then play time

10:00 snack and some more play time

11:00  story time, sippy cup of milk and then nap

2:00   wake up (some days he gets up a little earlier) sippy cup of milk and lunch

2:30   clean up from lunch  and then organized afternoon activities (go to park, play outside, etc..)

3:30/4:00   snack/sippy cup.  Some kitchen play (special toys just for kitchen while I start getting things ready for dinner about 4:00)

4:30  Daddy is home!!  Daddy takes over with daddy time!

5:30  DINNER and sippy cup (this one usually lasts until bed)

6:00  clean up from dinner  and quieter play (puzzles, coloring, playdough, stories, things that are calmer)

7:00   light snack (sometimes he doesn't want it so we skip snack those nights)  and then bath, brush teeth

7:30  story time and night time cuddling in rocker

8:00  hugs and kisses, lights out and bedtime

At 1 it's time to yank the bottles away and the pacifier if he still has it.

For food, my little one eats what we eat, just cut into pieces he can manage if needed.  he takes one nap during the day, some kids may need a shorter morning nap and then an afernoon nap.  For snacks he gets whole milk in a cup (sometimes he gets Mots for Tots juice) and then something like yogurt, teddy or bunny grahams, goldfish crackers, cheese cubes and fresh fruit, things like that.

TV- never during the day. He doesn't really like TV that much.  Once in awhile my son likes a DVD of something like pooh bear or veggie tales. He thinks the "Chicken Little" movie is hilarious and will sit and giggle with his blanket on a pillow histerically over that.  We prefer stories, the library or imaginative play in our house during the day.

  3. bathtime routine------. once a day mostly at night in the baby tub , i usually lets her splash all she wants with ducks

bedtime------; right after bathtime , a little bit of johnsons powder when it is hot , read a book , say our prayers , kiss and bye bye

naps :----1:00pm to 3:30 or 4 pm . . wipe her down with a wet towel or wipes , a little bit of johnson powder under the neck mostly when it is hot then i put her to bed kiss her bye and close the door .

Food .: ----my daughter eats anything i eat as long as it is not spicy

snacks :twice a day mostly fruit or yogurt sometimes crackers

play ----; since it is summer time . water ,water and more water . usually outside play in the yard , slide, bikes and cars .

Tv ;----- not so interested unless it is mommy and me DVD or a cartoon where all characters are singing . favorite chanel baby channel

---------not on botlles but gets formula  or whole milk from a sippy cup

  4. bath time -about 6:30 or after she eats dinner - She doesn't like to sit in the tub so for for now I have to take a bath with her b/c she likes to stand up!

    bedtime: between 7:30-8pm

naps: when in day care she sleeps MAYBE 45minutes but on days shes home all day she takes about two 1 1/2 hour naps

    food:

breakfast: french toast, eggs & sausage, fresh fruit,

lunch: pasta pickups, mixed veggies, chicken, mini pizzas, quesadilla

dinner: pasta, whatever we are eating really

snacks: fresh fruit, whole grain gold fish, maybe a cookie or 2

    Play: ALL day!

TV: all day (unfortunealty!) she doesnt even watch it anway but I've always kept one on as background noise for myself (I should really try to break that habit!)

bottle: yes but she's practicing drinking from sippy & likes to drink out of bottles (like poland spring water bottles)

  5. She wakes up about 9:30 in the morning and eats breakfast. (Usually a banana, crackers, milk, yogurt)

We play or run errands until lunch which is about noon.

Then she naps after lunch for a few hours.

Wakes up and plays until supper which is about 5 or 5:30.

    Bath after supper.

Play until bed, which is between 7 and 8, depending on how grumpy she is.

She doesn't really watch tv, and she does not have a bottle. She does still have a pacifier though.... we are working on that one!

Oh yeah, she is 14 months old

  6. I can tell you what we do but it's so disorganised i dont know if it will help!

She gets up at 7.30 has a bath, well gets in the bath and empties it out!

Has some breakast, normally coco pops or jam on toast, helps me hoover and dust

    A nap about 10 till 11

Plays and helps me sort washing

Lunch, nutella and peanut butter sandwiches/ stir fry/ pasta/jacket potato and beans

    Plays with the dogs

Go for a walk for an hour

    Nap from 2 till 3ish

    Snacks on a pear/ plum/ apricot/ grapes/ cheese/ biscuits.

    more play/ coloring/ chasing a ball/ fun things

Daddy gets home and plays with her

Tea at 6.30 (she eats whatever we have, she never had babyfood, love chinese takeaway)

Play till bed at about 9

    Hope that helps!

Should add, TV is only allowed on for 1hour in evening, and she's still breastfed because im a soft touch, so she will be probably untill she's 2!

  7. bath time/routine: About 7:30 after she eats. We get her in the tub. Dry her off, lotion her up, give her a cup,  and while I read her a story or we watch cartoons she goes to sleep.

    bed time: Exactly 8:00 everyday

naps: She takes a nap at school at 2:00

food: She has her breakfast at 8:00 am., Cup at 10:00 Snack around 11:00 (usually fruit), Eats lunch at 1:00, another snack at 3:00 and dinner around 5:30. Usually she gets her cup in between meals and snacks.

play : Pretty much all day.

t.v.: Only in the mourning ( Barney and Mickey Mouse) and when she comes home after school ( daycare)

still on bottle or not? Nope, she has a cup. She has been on the cup since she was about 10 months.
