Any montessori teachers out there wanna share some ideas with me???

montessori teachers!!!!-do u know any songs that i can get my class to sing first thing in the morning when i call their names out during regestration? I remember during my work experience they used to get the kids to sing something with all their names in it but cant remember how it went! If anyone can help me with this i'd appreciate it!!!

I think you should do a song like that but with numbers like e.i you should number them and then have them call it out song likely for wen you call role in morning...? idk I gave it my best lol

Im not sure that this is aimed at montessori but we sing the following song:

Hello how are you

hello how are you

how are you today

its nice to see name1 here,

its nice to see name2 here,

its nice to see name3 here

how are you today

its nice to see name4 here  etc and when all the kids and teachers have been done we finish with

its nice to see everyone here

how are you today.

We do it with the infants, todlers and older children and find its easier with them sitting in a circle or on the mat.
