  1. Knabstupper.  The Appaloosa Lp gene can lead to many color variations throughout the life of the horse.  No one can predict exactly what outcome will manifest itself.  Part of the fun of owning an Appaloosa...

  2. In my experience of foal color, they can changed until a good 4yr. Then also as L. Bent said with a Appy you can get all kinds of change & later, also!

  3. You cna never tell when and how many spots you might get! Knapsrupper (which is what I think you meant) Are the neatest colored horses!! It might be neat to have a chestnut with some nice black lepord like spots! Would be very unique!

  4. mmmmmm i think shes a roan by the sounds of it

Does she have a little bit of appalousa in her????

but i dont know you might get a few more like with my pony he only had SOME spots which turned into 1o or so spots so its hard 2 tell with out a photo so if you could put a photo up it would give me a better idea!!!!!

    HOPE I HELPED!!!
