There are only a few companies that make adult multivitamin complexes without minerals... although there are tons that make children's multivitamins without minerals (which adults shouldn't take because of improper doses). Limiy is right that the best way to get your nutrition is from your food... but most people don't eat a good enough diet to get all their basic nutrients and too many people just need a good multi to get their basic nutrition.

no, real mulitivitamins come from from real good earth produced food and that all contains minerals....tablets are not your answer....eat well
