I am posting a listing, but I don't seen any hotels in central London.

I would think you would not have much problem finding food. I know in Vegas, with a small muslim population, hallal restaurants are very popular with Jewish people, and many health conscious meat eaters. I would think they would be relatively easy to find in London with their huge muslim population,

I don't know of any hotel that is specifically Muslim but any hotel would be able to accommodate requests for special diets, it's very common for people to request vegetarian, kosher, halal etc ... by its very definition a hotel is an establishment that is open to business from anyone and therefore to specify that guests have to be of any one particular religion or way of life is defeating the purpose ... I'm sure there must be many hotels owned and run by Muslims
