  1. Travel. Go to Paradise. Paradise is different for everyone but mine is in Thailand.

  2. My bible works for me , it really up builds me.

you can draw strength from God"s Word the bible.

if you read chapter 1and 2 of Thessalonians it also helps you

to appreciate the need to be around those who will comfort you .when you are feeling depress.

and not those who will tell you to just snap out of it ,

because it's not that easy to just  snap out of it.

so reading the scriptures, as well as doing  things that comforts you

    will really help you.

  3. Magnesuim, increase your magnesium intake (fish is a good choice) and that should help.

  4. Fresh air, plenty of sun, company of people who loughs them self stupid and busy-busy work of any kind so you wouldn't have a time to think about a depression.

  5. St. John's wart and exercising helps a lot too.

  6. Cinnamon, Cloves, garlic, onion,  Chamomile tea,  St. Johns Wort tea!  Hawthorn Berries!  Rasberry Leaf tea!

I put ! after last 3 as those are extremely strong!

  7. St John's wort.

  8. Cats. Dogs. And other sweethearts.

  9. sunshineee =]

    hope you feel betterr.

  10. I'm not sure if you're experiencing any anxiety with your depression or not but if you are I have a good suggestion for you.  I take the natural herbal formula Panicyl for anxiety, panic, and depression and it works great for me.

    Hope that helps!  Good luck!

  11. St Johns Wort works, but it can make you photosensitive. Exercise is great too as your body releases mood raising endorphines when you exercise.

I suffered from severe depression and was suicidal and also suffering from alcoholism.

I managed to heal myself, beat depression and overcome my alcoholism by using meditation. I'd recommend you give brainwave entrainment a try, it worked wonders for me.

  12. i`ve heard that spending time with animals is a good blues buster.

if you`re finding it hard to talk to your family about these problems , treat yourself to some  ME time . take some time out to do what you want and treat yourself. ( d**n the rest of the world for a few hours , it can wait ) share this time with a trusted best friend if you don`t like being alone .

    good luck and hope you`re smiling again soon . an olde saying for you;

" today is the tommorow you worried about yesterday , and all is well. "

    best wishes   yony.d
