  1. iced tea works. And peppermint does wonders.

  2. just to reinforce... Ginger is great... Buy a little fresh and grate it into a cup of warm tea. Peppermint is really good. If you have space to grow some peppermint, so you can have your own you could chew the leaves or make tea. (A tiny plany will become a big patch in a few months.) Fenugreek is good to find for more serious stomach issues. Pennyroyal, a type of mint is good as well  and will, by the way also be FABULOUS for menstrual cramps !!! (healthfood stores will have this either in tea or capsule form) If you like soup, celery cooked with leaves  as well are also a great stomach curative. Hopefully you will have at least one of these in your house now.

  5. I use a food gel base toothpaste that has a herb called ganoderma .I mix the paste with some buttermilk and drink it worked miracles .The paste is non-toxic unlike the usual ones available in market. It worked with me

  6. Apart from the others mentioned such as peppermint and ginger, I would also recommend sage tea.....tried and tested remedy in the Middle East. Another great one is chamomile tea and that is also good for period cramps, as is raspberry leaf tea.  A hot water bottle wrapped in a towel can also help.

    Best wishes.

  7. Red zinger tea with ginger and lime mixed in.

  8. Grab a small towel (like a hand towel) and put olive oil on it and warm it up. You should use a good amount. Place the warm towel on your tummy and relax. It has alway work for me. Olive oil acts as a natural detox.

  9. I hope this helps. A lot of problems come from how/what we eat and combine our foods together. Let me explain.

It was the first time I cooked dinner for my then-boyfriend. I didn’t know it back then, but my own cure began with a question from this man who would later become my husband(Mike)

Shortly after we met, I made dinner for him and he asked if it would be alright if he didn't eat one of the foods I had prepared. He said it all looked wonderful, but that the combination would give him a stomach ache. I didn't know what he meant, since nothing was fried and no hot spices were used.

It was then that he asked me the question that literally changed my life forever!

Mike asked me, “Have you heard of food combining?”

My immediate answer was "no" I hadn't heard of it. Even though it wasn't anything new, and had been endorsed by many health experts, peak performance experts and celebrities and more - I really had never heard of FOOD COMBINING.

After hearing about how "mis-combining" leads to acidosis, acid-reflux, heartburn and a host of other digestive problems, I had my first "properly combined" meal...

And I HAD ABSOLUTELY NO SYMPTOMS WHATSOEVER!

    NO PAIN! NOTHING!

    That’s right...

    NO cramps

    NO bloated stomach

    NO excessive gas

    NO ‘IBS’

    NO acid reflux

    NO constipation

    NO running to the bathroom

    NO horrendous pain

Can you imagine how relieved I felt after all those years? If you have ever suffered any of these symptoms, even mildly, you will understand why I was wild with joy!
