Any nice, quiet cafes in Perth where I can sit and read?

Anyone know of any cafes I can sit and read in a nice, conducive environment, and doesn't close too early?

Cause I know most cafes close at the usual time which is 5.30pm. Was hoping to find a place that's open til maybe 10ish or so?

Oxford 130 in Leederville is good on a weeknight, not too busy, and pretty quiet even though it's on a main road. Otherwise Globe or Cantina on Beaufort St Mt lawley, they're small but cosy.
