Any place with nice and delicious food at Vung Tau? Can be street stalls or restaurant. Any must visit place?

i dont know the name of the place, or if it is still there, but on a tri angled corner across from "the south beach"wall and attached to the "tequila sunrise bar", there was a real nice place and the only reason i'd ever go back to vung tau.
