Any nice not too expensive areas around camarillo, california?

I am transferring to school there from Los Angeles and want to look for a house to buy. Do any of you know any cities in that area that are not too far from the school and not completely overpriced? I have not been up there yet and am looking for some ideas of areas to check out tomorrow. Thanks!

  1. Do not buy a house in California right now. They will continue to fall in price for another couple years. And all the areas around Camarillo are either very expensive or horribly expensive.

    I am a happy renter in Orange County.


  2. Check out mls.com. It can be pretty windy there, but a great place to live.
