Ah, so how many north koreans have been liberated already?

Too bad, I'm thinking it would be nice to explain the world to a north korean.

The North Koreans do not have access to the outside world. They are not allowed to use the Internet, or have any contact with anyone from outside the North.

Some have escaped and live in the South, many families are separated and have very limited contact.

The only place North Koreans are at is in North Korea. If they escape, they'll die trying. If they get caught, they'll get deported and executed. As for the very very very few North Koreans who successfully managed to escape, they can only be at the place they managed to escaped to. With no passport and identification, they can't visit other countries. Sorry :(

The only North Koreans staying in South Korea are most probably a spy who slyly infiltrated here disguising as a commoner.. So exercise extreme caution when you found one here. Good luck!
