Any one From Brazil Near a Phone Book?

My friend was adopted from Brazil and weve been on a mission looking for her biological parents.She was adopted by a family in Ohio when she was very young the family was Very abusive and the day she turned 18 she left their house. The problem is when she tried to call them and get her peresonal information from them, her adopted mom told her she'd have to pay her if she wants it, then ended up burning it in a Bon fire. The reason i'm asking if anyone in Brazil has a phone book is because mabey we could find her mother or fathers name Mabey even a relative who remembers her She is from Sao Paulo.

There are online phone books for Brazil.  Try this one sourced out and there are probably more ....   Hard to say if her family are alive, or remain in Sao Paulo.  Seek a relative that can verify what has happened to them.
