  1. I'm 9 weeks pregnant i have not seen the doc yet we are not seen in the uk until 10 until 12 weeks.

I eat most things except when i feel sick.

rest when you can don't do anything to strenuous ,drink lots of water if you can,

Eat lots of fruit and veg and whole meal bread

  2. I am 16 weeks pregnant but I can still remember when I am 6 weeks pregnant. My doctor prescribed Elevit for me. And I always feel like eating veggie for some reason.

    Tips:

    1. Don't exercise to much. Don't jog, run, jump etc.

    2. Buy some multi-vitamin&mineral tablets that are designed for pregnancy. For example Elevit or Blackmore Pregnancy Gold.

3.Be happy! Remember: Whenever you are happy your baby is happy.

4.Ask your doctor about when you will receive your ultra-sound scan, Down Syndrome test and blood test.

5.Eat a balance diet. Citric fruit is proven to reduce the risk of Down Syndrome.

6.Ask your doctor and go on the computer for professional advices.

These are just advices I got from my personal experience (I have 1 girl already). Wish you luck for your journey to giving birth to a new baby!
