Any one been to Sugar Sands In Panama City Beach?

I've read all the reviews online so please only answer if you have stayed here...

I'm just wondering if it's as bad as it sounds? I'm heading own next Friday for spring break

  1. i stayed there  in 2002 during thunder beach motor cycle rally. it was cheap compared to everywhere else but it's definitely not a 4 star joint and it is on the west side of town kind of away from everything else, but it has a great beach!! good luck
