but how to do like this flowers?

Its a really complicated process starting with generic white roses that during growth, sometime before the bud ripens, each stem is injected with 4 different color dyes at specific places so that the rose draws the dye up the stem and into the petals just as if it was natural water.  

Did you ever see in school the common science project of putting celery in a glass of food colouring and gradually the stalk will turn the color of the dye?  Well hopefully you did because this is the same thing only it is done while the plant is still forming. And growers use fine needles to inject the colour to only a few plant veins.   its not something that can currently be done at home by the casual gardner.
