Any one else annoyed by Kelsey's new ad campaign?

Kelsey's is now using the Cheers theme song for it's ads. Unfortunately it's misleading. Kelsey's is not like the bar where everybody knows your name, it's a restaurant that will give u about as much recognition as any other restaurant.

Yes! Arghhhhh! Kelsey's is just another chain restaurant like Mikes and Scores. Its really cheesy for sure.

it is definitely annoying...Kelsey's is not even close the "Cheers" style of establishment

Obviously they have obtained the copyright to use the song for the commercials. I agree it's misleading. Still, I do enjoy hearing the song again...I just ignore the rest of the stuff in the ad.

Very annoyed. I get mad everytime I see that commercial. They think they're soooo tricky.

i super hate their song the restaurant is OK but they have to get rid of the song!

i used to own a neighborhood bar very similar to cheers . there were always friends around kelseys is cold unfriendly and could care less if you had a bad day..no thanks  i stopped going when they went so corporate  i wonder if the waiters/tesses had any opinions for them bet it was all management

think if i was this chain of resturants, i would be concerned about copy right infringements
