I'm going to call them and tell them that I wanted to order from their site but someone I "know" ordered something and hasn't gotten a response.

If all of us do this, they will definitely get on the ball with your order...

No problemo! This is just what we do for each other. We learn from one another, no matter what the art, style or method. I didn't know some of the things I know today about MMA if it wasn't for people like you. Whether we have differences or not, we got each other's back.

I've never dealt with them personally, but I can tell you that works.

I don't think you've been taken, but alot of places have virtual stores with no overhead.  

They didnt have what you wanted in stock (really don't carry much stock), and they are simply acting as a middleman.  They are now ordering it from one or several wholesalers (depending on how many items you ordered) and are waiting 5 to 7 days to receive it, then repack it and send it to you, which takes another 5 days or so.

I would keep calling them.  If it was a big order, they may be able to at least ship a partial order, but they don't want to because it will cost them extra shipping.
