Any one else have stop lights on the free ways?

i live in san antonio tx. and we have stop lights on our free ways.

any one else live were it is like this

I have been through there several times but have never noticed traffic lights but I have seen all of the warning lights that look like traffic lights, what highway are they on so the next time I can go by and look.

I thought you were going to say you lived in Edmonton AB. they have lights on the Yellowhead Tr and Capilano Dr , bothe of which are part of their inner ring road freeway.
