Any one ever been fired from Little Caesar's Pizza just because the boss didn't like you?

Also were made to stand outside in 100+ degree heat or tempatures in the 30's as a shaker just because the manager didn't like you and was short on hours? Did you get screwed on your hours ?

Nope, I always gave 100% at work and therefore never had any problems with my boss.  He appreciated my hard work.

I was sexually harassed by my manager, I was his assistant. He cornered me in the cooler and the next day I got fired because I refused to have s*x with him. I fought it and won! Don't let them do this to you. Find an attorney and fight for what he or she is doing to you! Best of luck.

It's possible that he just didn't like you, but it's much more likely that you could have had a better attitude and work ethic. Learn from your experience or you're doomed to repeat it.

Kinda, I didn't work there, but I worked at a Pizza King, and I swear my boss just hated me...  She was always giving me sh*Ty hours and low pay.  I offered to work when people took off, and still nothing.  She never hardly talked to me and if she did it was something rude like, why aren't those tables clean... or why are there not tickets in the ski ball machine?  I hated her so much but I had to have the money so I couldn't quit.  I ended up getting a new (better) job and I have not gone back since.  But ya I totally know how you feel, it was 4 months of h*ll!!!

no but i do feel sorry for those who stand outside displaying the sign! its rediculous how they make employees stand outside in the hot and cold weather!
